Day 1 – Buenos Aires | Meals: -
Private transfer from International Airport to downtown hotel. Accommodation for 2 nights at selected hotel, breakfast and local taxes are included. City tour of Buenos Aires With this tour you will understand why it's known the beautiful city of Buenos Aires as the "Paris of South America". The tour begins with a tour of 9 de Julio Avenue, one of the widest avenues in the world, where you can find the symbol of the city: the Obelisk. You will stop at Plaza de Mayo, where you will visit the Casa Rosada, name by which it is popularly known the presidential palace, and the magnificent Metropolitan Cathedral, with its incredible neoclassical facade, mausoleum of national hero, General San Martin. You will also visit squares as San Martin, Alvear and Plaza del Congreso. Important avenues like Corrientes, Av. De Mayo, among others. Important areas of the city like La Boca, San Telmo, Palermo, Recoleta and the most modern: Puerto Madero.
Day 2 – Buenos Aires | Meals: Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
Breakfast at the hotel Escape the city and journey back to simpler times with this Gaucho Party tour. Let us pick you up and transport you to an 'estancia' or ranch for a fun filled day. Once we arrive at the estancia Don Silvano, we’ll have some time to get to better acquainted with one another while indulging on handmade empanadas. After which, we will have some free time to take in the sights, explore the area, go horseback riding etc. The grounds are literally at your disposal. You won’t have to worry about going hungry on this tour. After our free time we will be invited to partake in an 'asado', which is a traditional Argentinean barbeque that includes – both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and dessert with coffee or tea. The fun doesn’t stop there; after lunch we will be treated to both a folkloric and a tango show. The cultural experience doesn’t end there. The real show will start when the gauchos come out to show you their skills. They will demonstrate ring-races, horse mildness among many others. This part of the day is also interactive, so you better have your boots on and ready to go. Once we have said goodbye we will hop back on our comfortable and air-conditioned bus for a relaxing trip back to Buenos Aires. Itinerary 11:00am - Reception with handmade empanadas and wine at the ranch's pulperia (traditional argentine bar). 11:30am - Free activities. Walk around the beautiful garden, visit the local museum and church, go horseback riding or try the typical carriages. 1:00pm - Lunch Time. Traditional argentine barbecue with salads. Your choice of drinks includes soft drinks, beer, and red or white wine. For dessert taste traditional pastries accompanied with coffee or tea. Enjoy a lively folklore show with traditional singing and dancing as well as tango. 3:00pm - The gauchos will show you their skills such as ring-races, horse mildness, and troops retail-trade including the participation of the public. 4:30pm - Return to Buenos Aires. At night, dinner and tango show at Tango Porteño. Enjoy the night of fun and elegance in a dazzling and spectacular tango hall. Let the luxurious, old theater take you away as you feel the grandeur of the theater the minute you walk through the door. To begin the evening, you will enjoy a three course meal of the highest quality Argentine cuisine. Your dinner will be paired with traditional Argentine wines, as well as soft drinks and purified water. As the show starts, travel through the glory days of tango as Tango Porteño recreates the golden age of the forties, a time unquestionably known as the reign of tango. Enjoy a live performance by professional dancers, singers and musicians. The meticulous scenery and costumes at Tango Porteño create the ultimate framework for an unforgettable experience. Roundtrip Transfers in regular service are included.
Day 3 – Buenos Aires / Mendoza | Meals: Breakfast
Private transfer to domestic airport. Arrival in Mendoza. Shared transfer from Airport to downtown hotel. Accommodation for 2 nights at selected hotel, breakfast and local taxes are included. At the afternoon, Wine Tasting at Wineries and Visit to Carrodilla Church. This tour covers a trip through the mendocinean agricultural oasis and grapes growing areas. Afterwards, we will visit important and traditional vinicultural farms, where we will have the opportunity to taste its delicious products, and a while later we will see the Carrodilla's church, where the patron saint of vineyards. Winery options: Los Toneles, Lopez, Casarena, Dante Robino, Vistandes, El Cerno. Olivicolas options: Pasrai y Laur. Children under 2 years free.
Day 4 – Mendoza | Meals: Breakfast
Tour to High Mountain (Aconcagua). This tour with unforgettable landscapes offers you the chance to enjoy the vastness and serenity of mountain views. On our way to the Los Penitentes ski center we will pass through places of such extraordinary beauty as Potrerillos and Uspallata, visit Polvaredas, Punta de Vacas and the historic Picheuta Bridge. From the ski center we head to the Briddge of the Inca - a fascinating geological formation with hot springs. We enter the Aconcagua Provincial Park (optional and only in the summer months, otherwise we continue to Christ the Redeemer) and continue along the path, making a stop at the Mirador del Aconcagua for the best view of the Aconcagua Mountain. Continue to Las Cuevas - Argentina's last town before the Chilean border. Then at the end of the day we return to Mendoza. Christ the Redeemer can be reached only in the months of January through March.
Day 5 – Mendoza / San Juan| Meals: Breakfast / Lunch
Wine Tour Experience. We begin the tour by meeting our host - a guide specialized in wines who will take us on our journey. While at the winery, we will learn about all of the day to day operations and enjoy a degustation of wines. Today you will visit 2 wineries going through the installations and enjoying a degustation at each of these wineries. The guide will always be there to answer any questions about the processes of how the wines are elaborated; also the way that the wines are cared for and grown and how the methods differ for different types of wines. The guide will also educate you on the systems of vines and the irrigation methods. At the end of the tour, you will be taken back to your hotel. Day 6 – San Juan | Meals: Breakfast
At the morning, travel by bus to San Juan city. Arrival at San Juan, Accommodation for 1 night at selected hotel, breakfast and local taxes are included. Grand City Tour of San Juan. During this tour our bus will pass through the center of downtown San Juan where you will visit: Birthplace of Sarmiento, Cathedral, Juan Victoria Auditorium, Convention Hall, Santiago Graffigna Museum with wine tasting. Also includes visit to Ullum dam, Olive fields, where we see the craftsmanship of oil and olive oil tasting, olives and balsamic acheto. Visit to Quebrada de Zonda valley. Return to the city in the afternoon.
Day 7 – San Juan / Valle Fértil| Meals: Breakfast / Dinner
Breakfast and transfer to Valle Fertil. On the way we will be visiting Difuna Correa (local religious place), Marayes, Las Tumanas . Arrival at Valle Fertil, Accommodation for 1 night at hostería Valle Fertil, full board and local taxes are included. In the afternoon, tour to Ischigualasto Provincial Park (Moon Valley), return to the lodge. Dinner.
Day 8 – Valle Fértil / San Juan| Meals: Breakfast / Dinner
After breakfast, Excursion to Talampaya National Park, after making the circuit we will travel back to San Juan city through Cuesta de Huaco and Jachal . Arrival in the afternoon. Accommodation for 01 night at selected hotel, breakfast and local taxes are included.
Day 9 – San Juan / Puerto Madryn| Meals: Breakfast
Breakfast and transfer to the Airport for flight to Trelew. Arrival at Trelew, shared transfer to the hotel in Puerto Madryn. Accommodation for 3 nights at selected hotel, breakfast and local taxes are included.
Day 10 – Puerto Madryn | Meals: Breakfast
Breakfast. Full Day Tour to Peninsula Valdes and Estancia San Lorenzo. We start Early in the morning towards Peninsula Valdes Provincial Reserve. After a one hour drive we will arrive at Puerto Piramides. Then we head to Estancia San Lorenzo, a traditional sheeping farm of the area, where apart from being offered typical lamb on a spit, will visit the Magellan penguin reserve situated 7km far from the farm-house. We will visit Punta Norte Reserve, where, from December we will see Sea lions and eventually Orcas. From here our next stop will be Punta Cantor to watch elephant Seals and the eastern coast of Peninsula Valdes and its remarkable features. On our way back to Puerto Madryn, we will stop at the Carlos Ameghino Isthmus interpretation centre. Finally we return to Puerto Madryn at sunset.
Day 11 – Puerto Madryn | Meals: Breakfast
Breakfast. Commerson’s Dolphin Watching in Puerto Rawson. The boat used by the company “Adventure” is a large Zodiac (11.20 m/ 37 inches long and 4.3 m/14 inches wide) with two Optimax 200 HP engines (ultra low emission) certified for low environmental pollution. Capacity: 43 passengers including staff. It was specially designed and built for this activity. The boat departs from the Port of Rawson, a typical fishing port. We sail down the mouth of the Chubut River stopping at a small group of Southern Sea lions (Otaria flavescens). Then, we sail out into the open sea in the Atlantic Ocean in search for the Commerson’s dolphins (Cephalorhynchus commersonii). We will watch them in their natural habitat and spend great moments with them. Likewise, during the trip we may observe different birds, such as the oystercatcher, king and olivaceous cormorant, crested duck, northern shoveller, and kelp and brown-hooded gull. Depending on the time of year, we can view different species of tern, night black crowned herons, ruddy-headed geese and black skimmers, among others. Bilingual staff and a guide specialized on marine wildlife will be on board throughout the trip. Navigation will be subject to the prevailing hydro-climate conditions. Nowadays, the weather can be monitored by means of accurate Internet satellite forecast one day in advance.
Day 12 – Puerto Madryn / Buenos Aires | Meals: Breakfast
Transfer at airport Buenos Aires. Arrival. Accommodation for 1 night at selected hotel, breakfast and local taxes are included.
Day 13 –Buenos Aires | Meals: Breakfast
Private transfer from your hotel to International Airport.
